“The pillows were horrible”

“Clean rooms, shuttle service great very convenient for airport.”

“It’s very close to the airport of course there is not to much near the hotel so you need to take a car for anything ”

“night check in clerk was great. gave us late check out because we arrived so late and we are choice members. Clerk in the daytime called at 10:45 AM and was rude and told us we need to leave - we should not have been told we could have late check out”

“I mentioned that there was a slight sent of moisture in the first room assigned and they didn’t hesitate to move me to another room without asking and letting me know that they’d have someone check the room to make sure it was satisfactory.”

“Coffee was terrible, clerk next day was rude, misunderstanding on dates, nothing nearby to purchase coffee.”

“I dont usually eat breakfast but what was on display looked so delicious and inviting. Love the choices that were there. As for hot tub i didn't have time to use it. Thank you for a pleasant stay”
