“Wonderful friendly staff. Very clean!! Rooms were not what I expected they were very nice and big”

“Did not get a double queen that we booked, but a king and pull-out sofa. There were no linens for the pull-out, so called the front desk and was told to come to the front desk to pick them up. Then I had to call for more towels because we only had 2 sets for a family of four. Also the door to the room did not fit well. We'll probably not return to this hotel.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner was set at 75 and wouldn't let the temp be adjusted. It was quite warm since it was 98 degrees outside. Still a good deal for the price.”

However, comfort H staff was very friendly opening and very clear on the understanding! “The Hotel is fine for an overnight stay. It was close to the airport and we got a good night’s sleep. Our room was located behind the stairwell and this blocked the road noise. If you are sensitive to noise maybe don’t stay here. Also, the hotel was reasonably priced and good of ypu don’t want to go crazy spending for just one night.”

“If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay .”

“The night girl was not friendly at all. Closed the pool early, when that is the only reason we stayed there. She said the manager told her too. I didn't verify right then, but surely she was lying. All rooms smelt like milder and mold. We had to move from the 1st one it was so bad.”

“Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

“We almost always stay here when we visit Houston area, which is pretty frequent. We love the convenient location and walking to Cracker Barrel for supper.”

“The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area.”

“I had a great stay here! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked really well. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. It's also in a convenient location with stores and restaurants nearby. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.
