“Disappointed the pool was closed but the great room and dinner we had made up for it”

“The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by how plush and nice the bedding was. The staff who assisted me at check-in and check-out were very helpful. The room was fine and had all the expected things. My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. “Grocery store and fast food places right across the street for quick and convenient eats. Also a Dollar Tree store nearby. A/C worked great. Clean, confortable, basic room. Accessible room has great big shower. Pool on site. One of my favorite Motel 6 will stay here again!”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“I had a really good stay at Motel 6. The room was clean and had good air conditioning, which made it really comfortable. The place was very quiet, so it was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Parking was convenient with plenty of space, and it felt kid-friendly too. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.”
