Hotel vicino a Plumstead Recreation Park - New Egypt

“The parking was coinvent. After checking in as we were going to find our room we couldn't help but notice some ceiling panels were missing. The wiring was exposed in this part of the corridor. The room was pleasant as we entered. Much of the bathroom hardware was old and flimsy but worked. Plenty of hot water. The tub was a challenge. Weird set up getting in our out to shower. “Excellent place to stay. Super clean, safe and quiet. Parking lot is ample. A/C works fine once you figure it out. Highly recommend if you need to stay by the base. ”

“Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad.”

“When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.”

“Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.”

“Arrived at 3pm, room was not ready which was fine. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes (10 feet from the front desk). Finally went back to the desk and asked how much longer it would be. I was then told by the lady who initially told me the room was not ready that all rooms were ready. I asked if someone was going to let me know that as I was sitting waiting for 40 minutes right in front of her. To which she replied that she had others to check in while I waited. Not a great start to the experience....

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “Unfortunately compared to everyone else's reviews & great experiences my experience was absolutely awful & extremely strange! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist ”
