Hotel a Poetry

“Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.”

“Clean property. Clean room. Clean pool. Clean common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Plenty parking. Wonderful place. Thank you for everything.”

“The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. The front desk staff that checked us in later in the evening was not very friendly. There is no elevator in the building so if you have luggage or many things you will have to carry everything through the stairs ( this is not very convenient for people that has a toddler like myself, or for someone that is pregnant like another customer that was there and needed to carry all of her things up). The room is spacious but there were bugs in the room...

“This hotel is quite dated and needs some upgrades. But on the flip side … our bed was comfortable. Hot shower and the temperature responsive. For the price point it’s a decent stay”

“The property is dated. It’s clean but the space is tight if you drive a big vehicle. The room was clean but dated. Needs a towel hanging space In The restroom. The breakfast was good. Love that they have directions posted for everything. Overall not bad for price in today’s market.”

“There was some construction in the lobby, however, that didn’t slow down checking in. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked like it might need to be cleaned.”

“We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. We arrived very late, around 4 AM, due to flight delays, and initially had a few issues with check-in. However, the manager quickly resolved everything and made the process much smoother. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and they even extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated after such a long travel day. The pool was closed, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we weren’t planning to use it anyway....

“Everyone was so nice. I even dropped a bottle of wine in the lobby and they were so helpful about cleaning it up. Didn’t want me to touch a thing. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast.”

“The hotel was clean and close to restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay. It served its purpose, nothing too fancy. Overall, this was a great stay, especially if you plan to be out exploring Dallas.”

“The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby.”
