“The hotel is very nice. The location is excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the facilities are beautiful. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel’s Lost & Found process. I accidentally left my Leather Coach jacket in the closet of my room and called the hotel twice to report it.
