“We spent two days here for a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Everything was great! I had a scare because I left my wedding rings in the room but they ended up finding them and helping me arrange for delivery since we had already left the state. Thank you!!!!”

“Rooms with patio actually do not have a patio, rather patio doors . Which is better than a window , but not like having patio doors/ balcony.”

“We were compelled to relocate from the premises due to health-related issues. The room exhibited signs of mold and mildew, with insects present as well. The hotel management failed to address these concerns, resulting in a deterioration of our well-being. Their lack of concern and empathy towards the situation was evident. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly seniors with health issues, in the foreseeable future.”

We checked in at 345 and didnt get our room until 421 for a 40l pm check in time. Our door didnt lock. The latch didnt actually catch on the door. The door frame was installed wrong and the actual handle latch was lower than the frame. We called maintenance and they put a screw in the door frame to just push it down so the door would...
