“There was a Dairy Queen, a sports bar and a pizza place within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights. On the first morning, which was a Sunday, housekeeping knocked on door and we asked them to come back later. We left about 1/2 hour later but housekeeping didn’t come back.”

“We have stayed here several times over the years. It’s low budget but the cleanliness, quiet (which is amazing since it’s right by the railroad and highway), breakfast offerings and friendly staff make it nicer than many pricier places I have stayed in. I always feel safe, too. Looking at it from the outside I would not necessarily understand how nice it is for a decent sleep during a road trip. Glad we found it. ”
