“Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.”

“It was discouraging that there was so much rust and just shoddy looking fixtures in bathroom and the upholstery on table chairs was cracked and broken in places with stuffing showing. Also, while it was fine not to have fresh linens & towels each day, we did not understand why the bed was not made. This was a very basic room for shelter that thankfully was clean, but was shabby and not welcoming, I’m sorry to say.”

“The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

“We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. “Had to ask for towels and coffee after check in since they hadn’t been provided in room. The door to the room was very heavy to open. No bench or seating provided out side for smokers.”

“The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially when we didn't get the room we wanted. Apparently the photos are wrong/misleading on Expedia. The room was great and clean. Only complaint about the room was the shower kept leaking. The breakfast was pretty standard quality for hotel food with a decent spread of options. The pool was nice but so cold. Our toddler refused to swim in it. Overall a 4 or 4.5 rating from us!”

“Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.”
