“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but...

“A lot of mold on the shower curtain. Clearly, the curtain hasn't been cleaned for a very long time because mold does not form from one day of not cleaning. There was no body lotion in the room either”
