“Very well appointed house. Kitchen had plenty of dishware, utensils and cooking items. House is spacious. We were 9 people and did not feel like we were on top of each other - lots of space to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located - the Holiday Market is within walking distance and gas station just down the road.”

“This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. “That's a perfect place to stay, both for adults only as well as families with small kids. Clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and enough space in one of the bedrooms from put a portable crib if needed. The property is all fenced so you can leave your kids/pets outside without fear of them running out on the street. “We had a really nice stay in Pollock Pines. The house was clean with plenty of beds. The kitchen was very large and completely stocked for all our needs. We even made muffins for breakfast! I contacted the host to clarify check in details and directions before we left, and we had no problems. Kathleen gave us very detailed directions, and she always answered my messages promptly. We had a great time visiting with family!”

“Overall impression on the property was phenomenal. Spacing was great for a party of 13. Tahoe City was close by and was a pleasant strip to visit. Home is just as described, even though there wasn’t an AC it kept cool without the unit downstairs. Neighborhood was very calm, about a 15-20 minute walk to the non-private beach. ”
