“The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy”

“The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and...

“Stay far away… to start they need a cash deposit. The room smelled like body odor and cleaning products. There were multiple roaches we had to kill. And many more baby roaches (smaller than ants) that were in the bathroom and by the ac. The jacuzzi didn’t work but due to how dirty everything was, we wouldn’t have used it anyway. There were atleast 3 different hair lengths and colors in the bed, on the pillowcases, and even IN THE JACUZZI! I asked the manager about the cleanliness and insects...
