“abbiamo dormito una sola notte in questo hotel, scelto per evitare di entrare a saint louis e fare tappa in zona durante il nostro viaggio lungo la route 66. La posizione è comoda in quanto sorge come gli altri hotel / motel a ridosso di una highway, quindi è veloce da raggiungere e lasciare. Non sappiamo se gli altri hotel limitrofi siano migliori. “Hotel is clean, staff was very friendly, bed was hard as granite. Hard to fall asleep, did manage to find a spot where I could sleep. If they were able to change the beds out, would be a 5 star all the way around.”

“Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". “We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. ”

“Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!”
