“We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen.”

“The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. “Location was perfect for me, not far from the train station and walking distance to the castle. The room was clean, very basic. You need to request room cleaning by 12 or a clean towel at the reception. No one is ever at the reception desk. The self check in is not great, it didn’t recognize my booking information nor did accept my other booking information. So I had to go find someone to help.
