“Very clean room, updated with large window. Kitchenette well equipped and modern. Great shower, comfortable bed. Laundry facility which was free except detergent. Staff was a bit lazy, not always at the front desk. The breakfast was okay but no variation, same everyday and frequently ran out within an hour or so. Easy 2 block walk to grocery store and a couple of restaurants.”

“The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand. The place is clean and roadside parking was available.”

“Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems...

“We felt safe. But there is a lot of extra instructions that made the stay difficult. I was hung up on , upon arrival when I asked about email for entry to suburban loft property. I'm grateful and I wanted to be treated with more respect and kindness. I Love Boston!”

“There were issues at the pool. There were families and single people, and everyone and everything was going great. But there were two children who no one knew who they belong to who kept running in between the chairs, splashing everyone and then running and basically cannonball into the pool. There was one woman who was very clear that she didn’t want her hair wet and no matter where she went, These kids followed.. “Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!”
