“The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor.”

“When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. “To start with the sign is covered by bushes and can't be read. Room had strange smell. Drawers barely opened and smelled of mothballs. No toiletries. Breakfast was cereal or toast. Cereal looked like it was there for years. Front desk staff were very abrupt.”
