“Hotel buono in relazione al fatto che in Tunisia il livello generale degli hotel è quasi sempre basso. L’atmosfera che si respira è quella tradizionale araba... clientela, arredo, stile... ti fanno facilmente immergere nella loro cultura.”

“The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one.”

“Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!”
