Hotel vicino a Port Sheldon Park - West Olive

“Staff was too busy on their cellphone to check me in. The room was dirty, night stands next to bed wasn't cleaned off. The sofa had black stains all over it, the tub had standing water in it. No idea what the sticky stuff was in front of the bathroom sink, don't walk around barefoot. The only decent thing in the room was the whirlpool, but you have to manually hold the drain plug open for the water to drain. Only air was in the living room which made the bedroom very hot and difficult to sleep....

“The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a night early because we could not get any sleep with noise. Evening staff were not super helpful.
