“My second stay at this facility over a 5 year period. Well maintained, friendly helpful staff No issues at all I’ll be back!”

“Hotel was very clean, updated, and well-kept. I arrived very late in the evening so I had little contact with the staff and zero experience with the amenities. The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy. “Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips.”

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

L'abbiamo utilizzata come base di una notte, dopo aver pernottato a New Orleans, per visitare le piantagioni della Louisiana (merita soprattuttola Evergree Plantation, ma meglio prenotare in anticipo perchè la visita si effettua in piccoli gruppi soltanto cinque volte al giorno).”

“Clean hotel to rest. Our room was very clean, you could smell the bleach they used to clean the bathroom. Breakfast is something very light , waffles were good.”

“The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly. It was leaking into the room. The carpet was wet.”

“There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it.
