“Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.”

“My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.”

“This was a great stay. The location is beautiful with walking paths next to the bay just out of your door. Duneden just a short walk to the north had tons of great restaurants and the food was great. The breakfast is great and includes real eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But, if you arrive for breakfast the last half hour of it being served don't plan too eat because they stop replenishing it. Great stay over all and affordable!”

“We were right in the marina and a few minutes walk away from the beach. The check in was quick and this was honestly my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in a while.”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “Check in with excellent, the manager was excellent but the property needs work it's quite run down not what you really expect from the pictures. The pillows in our room absolutely need to be replaced horribly smelly. You can tell it's body sweat or just old. The pool was wonderful with wonderful people we enjoyed that part.”
