Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, e ho apprezzato il fatto che cambiassero lenzuola e asciugamani su richiesta ogni giorno. Tuttavia, durante i 5 giorni del mio soggiorno, il pavimento non è mai stato pulito, il che ha un po' compromesso l'esperienza.
La nostra camera non aveva finestre, solo una porta con vetro trasparente chiusa a chiave che dava sull'interno dell'hotel, quindi non potevamo aprirla per far entrare aria fresca. Anche il bagno era privo di finestre, il che rendeva l'ambiente un po' soffocante. Devo però dire che, dopo la prenotazione, siamo stati avvisati via email di questa caratteristica, quindi eravamo preparati.
