I would have given a better review as my first night was very quiet and seemed clean, however, there were things left behind that the cleaning staff didn't find: a necklace hanging from a lampshade and a crack pipe and paraphernalia left in a drawer in a makeup bag.
Also, upon rising after the first night spent on a very uncomfortable bed, I went to take a shower to discover that there were no towels. I decided to go eat breakfast, conveniently there were several places across the street, and then wandered from shop to shop. I was gone for about 5 hours and when I got back to my room, there were still no towels. The maid in the hallway said, "Oh yeah, you need towels and came and put a few towels in the room."
After I had my shower, I discovered that the hair dryer in the room wasn't working. Then sleeping that night didn't happen because it sounded like a prostitute had rented out the room above or next to me. It was very clear that this wasn't just another occupant as there were a lot of loud sex noises, showering at regular intervals and then someone with a different voice would arrive and it would start all over.
It was somewhat convenient in that it was close to a target and some restaurants, but I didn't feel the neighborhood was safe and only went out after dark when I had an uber or friend waiting to pick me up in front of the hotel. It is a good thing that I wasn't there for business.
