My room was not cleaned from previous occupant, garbage in can, stains on rug and not vacuumed! Asked front desk why I was charged a deposit when room wasn't cleaned! She stated it would be returned, waitin on that to take place!

Your deposit usually takes approximately 72 business hours after check out to be released by your financial institution. We release the funds upon check out here at the hotel. Please do let us know what room you were in so we may address the cleaning issue for you.
