“Hotelli sijaitsee rantakadun varrella, vain kadun yli, ja pääsee uimaan. Katu kylläkin on vilkasliikenteinen, mutta se ei kuulunut sisälle asti. Myös paikallinen nähtävyys, Eastbournen Pier laituri on lähellä. Näkymä hotellihuoneesta merelle oli myös huimaava. Hotellirakennus itsessään on vanha, sitä on kunnostettu, mutta se ei haitannut. Rakennuksessa on myös hissit. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, sekä päivällisen että aamiaisen nauttimismahdollisuus.”

Memore degli standard inglesi ero un po' titubante ed invece la camera è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa (complice il fatto che la palazzina è stata ristrutturata pochi anni fa): davvero accogliente e pulita (moquette nuovissima o quasi).
