“Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at. ”

“Perfect structure. Room with every comfort. Excellent service and staff. The only "negative" note is the external noise that can be heard from inside the room. ”

“The service was excellent and the amenities were amazing! The area around the hotel does look sketchy, but is safe! And taxis/uber works amazingly!!!!! The owner was great guy. People do smoke and you can smell it. Only negative for me”

“仁川文鶴競技場でのコンサート時に宿泊。フロントのスタッフさんがとても親切でした。聞き取れなかった部分を翻訳機を使って説明してくださり助かりました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも快く応じてくださり、身軽で出かけることができました。新しい建物なので、内装も水回りもとても綺麗です。近くにコーヒーショップ、DAISO、最寄駅前には百貨店があり有名なベーグルショップもありました。仁川でコンサートがあったら、次回もぜひ利用したいです。”
