“Outdated and dingy ”

“Pool was warm and nice. The room was spacious and clean. ”

“Hotel reservation requests were not met. I made my reservation two weeks before my stay with a notation that the two rooms be adjoining. I even called the hotel directly to check that they could accommodate my request and I was assured that they would. Upon checking in I was told that two double queen adjoining rooms were no longer available. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and settled for rooms across the hall from one another. “there was lack of clarity around whether my AARP or AAA membership was applied; although I was told if I didn't use it when I made the reservation on line; It probably wasn't applied. I mentioned it when I checked in but they never asked for my card to verify my membership.”

“better comp breakfast than most places. Very clean facilities. Staff was friendly, I wish they had a hot tub but the indoor pool was heated so at least the water was not cold. I Have stayed here multiple times.”

“It was so nice that the breakfast was open an hour earlier to accommodate the large amount of dancers for our competition in Decorah. We had a great time in the pool area as well! The rooms were updated and the space felt clean. ”
