“OMG!! By far the best hotel/casino we have ever been to. Everything was super clean!!!! The staff was so kind and ready to help!! Also the food at Groves Steakhouse was top notch, impeccable service, and overall top pick for our west coast trip!”

“The room layout itself wasn’t bad and I actually liked that there was a patio area for yourself so I can smoke but the real reason for my negative experience was the roaches I found and there were 4 I killed also the pillows had black dust stains on it and it seems they covered the only outlets by the bed with a draw and if you moved it the roaches would come out overall it’s definitely not the cleanest place but only got it because it’s cheap”

“The property wasn't bad nor the friendliness. The room however was directly above what I assume is a boiler room and was very noisy. Didn't rest much.”

“Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed.”

“Booked our stay for 1 night. The host was warm and welcoming and made our check in very easy. The next morning checkout was easy. The hotel was clean and well maintained.”
