“My boyfriend and I found this unique space a PERFECT abode for us! It was incredibly well kept, spacious and had a sweet outdoor area to enjoy the local wildlife. We had the good fortune to see two deer and many boisterous birds from the comfort of the front porch. Such a cozy, welcoming home. Thank you so much for the wonderful space!”

“Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit.”

Our host was very easy to communicate with and thought of everything to make our stay convenient and comfortable. High end appliances and amenities made staying here so enjoyable. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and care of a home and this property exceeded all my expectations. If you need to stay in Belfair I highly recommend this property!!”

“Hard to go up stairs ”

“The wife, dogs, and I stayed here to unplug during a rainy Memorial Day. This property is special! Felt like we were transported back to the 1800s (but with some key comforts like baseboard heaters). We enjoyed zoning out to the crackling fire and looking at the tides go by.”

“The property's best feature is the amazing view. The area is nice and the house had lots of books, lamps, kitchen supplies and things to make it comfortable. Vacasa is another story. Very difficult in their correspondence and an unusually early check out time of 10 am. When asking for check out at 11 am, I finally heard back and they offered 2 pm for an extra charge! Rip off. Never was connected to the hosts, just Vacasa reps.”

“Pete's Place is in a beautiful and peaceful location nestled in the woods. We enjoyed the cabin and all it offered. The birds singing and coffee out on the deck was relaxing. It was close to the local lakes for fishing. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Can hardly wait for the next opportunity to come back here.”

“We enjoyed the opportunity to take a winter break at this comfortable cabin on Wye Lake. Check in was easy and verything we needed was available. The weather was nice enough for a peaceful kayak paddle around the lake.”

“My wife and I and a friend spent nearly a week at Oyster Lodge mostly under completely blue skies and little wind. We enjoyed the privacy, the spa, the commercial gas stove, the huge kitchen, and oystering on the beach. The large propane grill was perfect for cooking oysters in the shell. We also went clamming at the nearby WDFW tidelands near Quilcene. The 100 steps down to the beach were a little challenging, but we all made it on several occasions. The house was very clean except for a sticky...

“Our stay was amazingly peaceful and for our family to join at a mutual location it was ideal - beautiful walks on the beach and the overall charm of the place made for a perfect Christmas--very spacious, beds perfect and the home had all the cooking utensils, gadgets, platters etc to accommodate our meals. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will for sure return for another visit!”

“If you're looking for the perfect place to relax and get some perspective on life, this is it. If you're fussy about every little detail, maybe this isn't. The awesome view, the privacy, the sauna, comfortable beds, great wood burning fireplace, all the important things are here. It's very rural, so as you might expect, the decks were covered in leaves, pine cones, broken branches, plus quite a few cobwebs throughout the house, things we read other renters complain about but don't bother us....

“This was our second time staying at this property and we liked it as much the second time as the first! Our dog loves the fenced in yard (though she was able to get in under the deck, so if that could be closed off that would fantastic.) Plenty of space for a family of four. Great location and we love walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the view from the deck. Highly recommend!”
