“Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!”

“This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.”

“I booked a patio room. from the 3rd-10th the first night we got there, there were random candy’s and cereals just swept up on the baseboards. there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom and bugs kept crawling out of it . the tv didn’t work, and when sitting on the bed the box spring broke. the box spring itself was just very old. needed updated as well as the tv. the maintenance said it was too much of an issue to fix and moved us to another room. the new room was farther away from everything...

“The view and the proximity to the beach was awesome…The grilling area with swings was also amazing…The best part was the Tiki Bar..Over all was a nice stay the kids enjoyed it so all is well… I will be returning”

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”
