Hotel a Powells Point

“My daughter and I had a nice stay for two nights. Clean room, beds, and bathroom. The room included a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. The toilet was small and it was a little crammed in the bathroom, but we managed. This renovated motel is an unique find. It's two buildings; one directly on the beachfront and one just a walk to the beachfront. We stayed in the one from the beach. I highly recommend this motel for quick getaway to the beach.”

“Staff is great. Rooms are clean. There are plenty of great shops nearby and many within walking distance of the motel. The beach is just steps from your back door, with a great view. I love the back porch of the rooms.”

“Our room had pretty textured walls and beautiful artwork. The furnishings were also high quality. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within a few minutes drive of a mini-mart, ice cream place, and some restaurants. I couldn't figure out when checkout time was, but another guest told me 11am. Also the doors have # codes on them so you can check in without seeing anyone. But the insides of the doors don't have slide locks, so we were worried about someone being able to enter if they found out...

Le foto del motel riprese dall'alto ingannano, così come le foto delle camere, sono proprio brutte; appena si entra si sente odore di muffa, il condizionatore fa freddo ma non toglie l'umidità e inoltre fa un rumore infernale. Siamo stati tre notti in questo posto e non hanno mai fatto le camere, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia da migliorare. Porta di ingresso indecente così anche quella specie di portico con due sedie un vaso con sabbia...

“It was so clean and bright inside! It made me feel happy even though it was rainy outside and a bit gloomy. Loved the attached restaurant with the amazing pizza! I walked just 13 minutes to get to downtown Manteo and that was a lovely walk. Close to sights like the aquarium and Festival Park. Staff was super helpful too!”
