“The location was great. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable allowing me to enjoy one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. However, the public restroom off the lobby was dirty, didn't have soap in two of the three dispensors, the garbage can was overflowing with trash and had no papertowels with which to dry hands. The staff were on their phones everytime I walked into the lobby. ”

Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items.

The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance. ”

“This is a really nice place to stay that is affordable and close to the airport and a few restaurants. I like to stay here for work because there is a lot of parking and it's quiet. They also have a restaurant downstairs and good snack selection.”

“The staff were amazing, always welcoming and eager to help us with recommendations or valeting our car. The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The location of the hotel within town could not have been more convenient. 10m walk to basically anything you want to do in Healdsburg from breakfast to dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again!”

Turndown service, proper attention to detail, and even the manager came over to suggest some brilliant local spots to eat. They offered a car into town if we needed it too. Honestly, just an incredible experience from start to finish.”
