“Check in was a bit slowThe room was clean, but could definitely use updating. The bed was comfortable and, there was plenty of hot water for a shower. There was a battery missing from the TV remote. We contacted maintenance and he brought one right up. The floor lamp was missing a bulb & he assured us he would replace it the following day. Unfortunately, he must have gotten busy and forgotten because it was never replaced. Fortunately, there were other light options. For such a large facility,...

“This motel was pretty old. But it was cozy and I rested well. The bathroom was probably original. I did have a Roku tv and that was nice& the Wi-Fi was pretty good.This is a small town and there’s not much here. The wagon wheel restaurant down the street was excellent.”

“We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to...

“Loved this place. Only issue was the number of homeless near there that were panhandling us each time we walked out. Not blaming that on property at all. As a matter of fact I think there were things done to help. (breakfast delivered to room rather than a buffet for example.)”

“We tried to check in at two a were asked to come back at three. No room ready until after check in time of three. Our room wasn’t cleaned. Hair in tub and all over in one of the beds. All. Over. We had no toilet paper and no towels. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the top of the toilet was covered in dust and grime. Super disappointing.”
