“Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.”

“When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us....

“The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking”

“Lots to do nearby. Would’ve liked to have a hot tub available but that’s a want not a need. This is the best place we’ve stayed all year!”

“Double Tree is usually a pretty safe choice for a quiet good nights sleep! I dinged a star overall as the bed we had was pretty "broken" down. If you were sleeping on one side or the other, you can feel the "slope" down to the middle, regardless if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper. Usually would not bother me - but now have some back issues and a decent bed is worth it's weight especially when traveling. This is a first at a Double Tree for me. Won't keep me from coming back. Though...

“The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems”

“AC Hotel in Lansing, MI is a very nice and clean hotel. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.”

“Room was pretty clean, but there was some unemptied trash from a previous guest, and the coffee area was stained where someone had a spill. But other than that, it was good.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find a restaurant and answered all our questions. The room was newly renovated and super clean. I felt safe on the property and many places were in walking distance.”

“Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place.”

“The pool was cloudy, tyou couldn't even see the stairs to step into the pool.The ac in our room smelled like mold when it ran. The continental breakfast was not a thing even though the ementities said it was there and we even got the tickets for it upon ariving. We were not told where our room was, or wifi password if there was one. The odors in the hallway were horrible. And our room key only worked when it wanted to. It really did not make for a nice stay.”

“We liked everything about our stay....although we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, fitness center, or pool.....There is a bar on site(which would have been nice to have open longer, *but there is an Outback right next door to the hotel) We travel to Lansing yearly and we will definitely be staying here again. ***We even had an alert to take shelter for a tornado while we where staying here. The staff made sure to call all rooms for those who didn't receive the alert of their phones....
