Chambre avec vue sur l océan Indien
Un service aux petits soins. La chambre était juste magnifique avec ce balcon avec vue sur la mer. La climatisation était de très bonne qualité. Nous avons également dîné deux soirs et pour 25 euros le repas c est vraiment très bien copieux, bon et de jolis plats.

Great place To be
We had room with sea view and it was very nice! At nights room was smelling A little moldy :-\ but otherwise everything was very nice and clean. Breakfest was good and pool area were cool and there was plenty of sunbeds In privacy. Hotel is walking distance from ferry, but path To hotel is little narrow and uphill about 100 meters. We did walk that both ways :-)

The worst hotel ever
There is nothing good about this place but location and view,furniture was old and smelly ,they offer nothing in the room not even napkins or water,w e had trouble with insects one day we woke up with big spider running across the room the other day cockroaches the toilet window was so old and not sealed and any insect can go through it.they put sensors on the doors and windows so every time u open a door including the toilet door the AC goes off.the first day we arrived the restaurant refused to serve us claiming that we didn't confirm that we will have dinner early in the morning so there is no food for us.yes every morning u have to confirm and choose what are you going to eat for dinner.the view from the restaurant was really good thought.

Dear ebtisam We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. The vast majority of our clients are happy with their accomodation at Colibri guesthouse, including the room you stayed. We are a small hotel of 12 rooms with a small team and small restaurant. We ask our clients when checking-in that reservations for a table need to be made early, preferably during breakfast to avoid disappointment. iI verified with our restaurant and note that you did dine with us on the first night (and every night of your stay). Seychelles is a tropical island with a very rich biodiversity. Creepy crawlers will occasionally enter the room, but we assure you that they are harmless.

Hotel très intime et super accueillant
L'hôtel est bien situé , à côté du débarcadère, personnel très accueillant . Nous avions loué la chambre "frégate", il y avait trop de bois à notre goût et c'est la seule chambre qui n'a pas de balcon, nous avons pu changer sans problème pour la "magpie " qui était parfaite ! L'hôtel est plein de charme, la piscine est magnifique et les repas très bons (surtout par rapport aux restaurants dehors...)

Einfach Traumhaft!
Wunderschönes, großzügiges, aus Holz gestaltetes Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon und einer einzigartigen Aussicht aufs Meer. Tolles, modernes Bad mit Regendusche und großes Bett. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhig gelegen, vom Haupthaus max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, Essen und Bedienung sind super. Über einen kleinen Schleichweg mit mehreren Treppenstufen gelangt man vom Hafen mit Fähranlegestellen schnell zu Fuß zum Hotel (mit Koffer jedoch nur bedingt zu empfehlen), ansonsten auch per Auto gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Gegend nicht sehr touristisch, ein Mietwagen zum Erkunden der Insel ist empfehlenswert, da die Busse nicht sehr zuverlässig sind.

Not worth the money
The view from the balcony was great, the all place was lovely with gardens and very nature atmosphira. The room was old, the maintence not good. The water from the rain leak into our room, and after two days they fixed it. The stream in the bathroom was very weak... Except the view its not worth

We were disappointed that during our 6 week holiday in Seychelles and South Africa this was the only accommodation that had a charge for wifi, I thought it was included from the booking information. Also be aware that it is a very hilly sight, require lot of effort from room to pool, breakfast etc. Convenient to ferry, but not within walking distance of restraunts. Great view from room

Hôtel bien placé et loin de l'agitation
Un service génial, une chambre vue sur la mer, de la bonne bouffe, une piscine avec vue sur la baie pour relaxer après les excursions de la journée. un spot de snorkeling super. Bref un bon rapport qualité prix.

Confortable but far away from the center
The room we choose had a very good view, with a balcony in front of the sea. Big room but the bed was not confortable. The bathroom is the weak point: no shampoo neither shower cream and the is very difficult to regulate the water . Internet is paid and horrible

Beautiful Views !!!
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. (Originally suppose to stay for 6 but missed our connection) Pros: - Beautiful views. Just stunning views from our room. We stayed in Kato (name of the room) - infinity pool is spectacular. Wasn't crowded. We had the whole pool to ourselves for an entire day ! Also other very cute areas to sit and sunbathe. - very convenient to travel to other islands as it is a quick walk to the jetty. There is a inner road that takes you to the jetty and bus stop. We were able to easily travel to La Digue from here and grab taxis and bus. Take the bus ! Very cheap and easy, only 5 rupees. Taxis are expensive (even compared to NYC prices) We didn't not rent a car. -we did a tour of curieuse island w the hotel which included transfer boat to island. Lunch BBQ. Then snorkeling. Whole day was 2600 rupee for both of us. We enjoyed the day - we paid about 200$/night. Only breakfast included. I think for the views etc it was a good deal. Cons: - dinner wasn't that great at all. We only ate here once. 25 euro per person. We opted to take the bus down to cote de or. We loved El Goulue cafe! Very friendly and nice and delicious good. We also did try pirogue. Also nice and good food. - room had this horribly itchy blanket. And beside that only provide a sheet. I expected a nicer bed. We never turned on the tv. Too busy looking out the window. - internet was 10 euro. Only one device at a time. And this truly was slow if it worked and sometimes didn't wo

Hotel deixou a desejar
O hotel deixa um pouco a desejar pelo preço cobrado. O wifi é pago a parte e só permite que uma pessoa ligue nele. Ou você compra dois acessos por 10 euros para toda a estadia, ou você desloga do seu celular, pera 30 minutos para a outra pessoa entrar. O quarto não possui ar condicionado. Apesar de o locar ser fresco, se você abrir a janela pode entrar bichos (largatos, mosquitos e insetos em geral), se deixar fechada fica abafado e o ventilador não dá conta. O café da manhã é fraco. Tem poucas opções. A piscina é muito bonita e o serviço do hotel é muito bom. Esse hotel tem um bom potencial, mas precisa de alguns ajustes.

Óptimas vistas
Adoramos o bungalow com umas vistas espetaculares. Muito perto do jetty pelo que podemos ir a pé e não precisamos de pagar um táxi. Funcionários super atenciosos. A piscina e optima com uma temperatura da água optima. O pequeno almoço e bastante completo e os jantares também eram bons apesar de caros.

superbe séjour !!!!
Superbe séjour au colibri ! Il y'a petit déj, déjeuné, et repas du soir ! On y mange très très bien car sur Praslin il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix (à prendre en compte). Je tiens à remercier le personnel du restaurant, leurs sourires et leurs générosités; ils sont superbes ! Notamment ceux de la Réception ! Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue mer, c'était idyllique. ( pas de plage sur les lieux, il faut se déplacer en voiture) oublier les vélos il y'a pas mal de côtes.

Séjour de 4 nuits dans la chambre kato. Superbe vue sur la baie, chambre spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel est très agréable, avec des extérieurs fleuris et bien entretenus. Restaurant sympa et quasi obligatoire car très peu de restaurants aux alentours et les bus ne circulent pas après 19h. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer est très agréable aussi!

A very enjoyable stay and great value for money. It is well worth hiring a car which Colibri happily arrange for 50 Euro/day. Praslin is a beautiful island and well worth exploring. Meals in Colibri were OK. breakfast was pretty basic and could easily be improved. Dinners at 25 Euros a head were good value. Rooms were big and lovely view over the bay. The hotel offers complimentary pick up and drop off at the nearby jetty. Don't miss Anse Lazio beach. One of the best in the world.

Great view, but facilities do not measure up.
This place was really disappointing despite the great location. The overall impression was that no corner was left uncut, who installs a non thermostatically controlled shower these days? The rustic design to the shower room resulted in a floor which was extremely uncomfortable to walk on in your bare feet though it might look ok in a photo. The welcome drink on arrival was the only freebie on offer, no toiletries or shower gel so make sure you each your own. The promise of a free one day car hire if we paid in cash on arrival did not materialise and we were given a free mea in their restaurant instead but magically they did manage to arrange for us to rent a more expensive car as long as we paid for it. A problem with an air conditioning unit of a neighbouring room meant that it vibrated against the metal roof of our chalet every time it switched on during the night which was not exactly conducive to a good night's sleep. It was fixed the next day after we complained but the free bottle of wine we were given with our meal as compensation was little consolation. This place really does not justify the premium price charged.

Einfacheres Hotel in der Nähe vom Ferry-Anleger
Hotel gleich in der Nähe vom Ferry-Anleger von Praslin. Es bietet gutes Frühstück und - sehr gutes - Abendessen im schwester Hotel an. Wer jedoch keine Halbpension gebucht hat, braucht ein Auto (oder Taxi), um zu anderen Restaurants der Insel zu kommen. Die Lage unseres Zimmers war traumhaft, da wir ein Duplex-Zimmer hatten, allerdings hatten wir die Variante ohne AC gewählt, was sich als recht warm herausstellte. Die Aussicht war dafür eine Wucht, da das Zimmer direkt über dem Meer lag. Aber achtung, nicht alle Zimmer haben diese Aussicht, da Bungalows auch in der 2. Reihe stehen.
