“The Grand Highland is located downtown in the center of everything that is going on. Our room was pretty, clean, had A/C and our room had a claw foot tub!! This a turn of the century bldg and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so pack accordingly. There is free parking behind the bldg. but checking in was street parking. Gift stores, restaurants, the historic downtown is all walking distance. Also, very close (15 minutes) are mountain trails if you want to some outdoor activities.”
