“The Tool Inn is a very cosy place, it has a pub downstairs, and the breakfast is top! I strongly recommend it. The only problem is that the walls are not very thick so it is easy to hear noise from other rooms.”

“Modern, spacious and tidy accommodation, food and service by staff was excellent. WiFi was excellent as had to do some work in the evening. Minor point was GF room window - I was not able to open without compromising security of room. If there was any plan on upgrades a small gym facility would make it a perfect destination for me!”

“Location was beautiful with views over Pendle Hill. Room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean with a beautiful bathroom. It was situated adjacent to the pub a 15 second walk away. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Would stay again when next in the area. ”

“Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”
