“I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere.”

The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). “Very modern, refurbished room, overlooking the beer garden and caravan site. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of goodies in the room, including fresh milk in the mini fridge, and the extra treats you get for staying with a doggo. The bathroom, bed and chairs were all super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I had dinner in the restaurant, and the staff were super polite and friendly.
