“Maison très agréable avec beaucoup de confort et de petites attentions (snacks salés, sucrés, thé, café, produits d’hygiène). Intérieur comme extérieur propres et soignés. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Nous étions avec notre chien qui a pu profiter du très grand parc clôturé. Des petites attentions pour lui aussi à l’arrivée, gamelle et friandise. Bravo et merci à Laura et son équipe pour ce très bel endroit! ”

“This beautiful family Villa was perfect for our week long gathering of three generations and close friends. We felt right at home immediately. There was space for everyone, both indoors and outside. We loved being on the picturesque terrace and loggia, the lawns, in the beautiful large pool, and in every room in the house. There is so much history here. “If you are looking at visiting the Lake Como area with your kids, or other families, I strongly recommend Mandello and Villa Ornella. The layout of the house is great, the size perfect to accommodate 2 or even 3 families and Furio was a great host. It was just me and my wife and our 3 young (and restless) boys and we had a great time. The pool and the living room with the amazing veranda were perfect family entertainment areas. The location is great as well - Mandello is close to everything yet...

“Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!”

Great location to reach Varenna for Ferries to all destinations on Lake Como.Beautiful walks, with waterfalls, on the doorstep although car is essential to explore the lake further. Villa Ornella is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.Pool is superb. Host was informative and helpful. ”
