“Staff was super friendly, and hotel was very quiet.”

“The rooms were clean, the food was great. All the staff was very polite. The casino was actually larger than I thought. Didn't win any jackpots, but overall I had fun. I definitely will be coming back.”

“Toilet and shower has hair everywhere.night Receptionist was not happy and look upset. Also the morning receptionist was wearing his air pods and brakefast never was enough. Coffie was terrible. Pancakes mixed not enough for everyone and he didn't pay attention terrible experience”

“I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!”

“I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. ”

“The hotel was average. The bed was comfortable, room spacious, clean. Minimum furniture, not a lot of counter space. The pool was on the smaller size. It said breakfast buffet, but it was more like a Continental. No eggs, or meat.”

“staff incredibly friendly, breakfast was very good. Hotel has a moisture problem, very musty smell, out of date, furnishings, hallway, carpets, dirty, and in need of vacuuming. Elevator had broken handrails. Someone is not paying attention to what needs to be fixed and or cleaned constantly. However, the staff were the friendliest.”
