Hotel a Primm Springs

“Room was clean and staff were friendly. Parking garage is under the hotel and is secured. Breakfast was also wonderful ”

“Massive breakfast, nice pool , clean and modern building, friendly staff. Wish the pool opened at 6am . Nicest motel we stayed at over the last 3 months. Nothing broken or not working. we paid about $25 more per night here than most of the other run down motels we have been staying at lately. This was my first stay at a Drury , and it will not be the last!”

“Hotel is in need of some renovations. The mattress was very worn out. I expected since it was part of a Marriott chain it would’ve been in better condition. If I was passing through again, I would not stay at this particular hotel.”

“I was upset that I had to Give a credit card when I checked in to pay to park! I paid almost 400 For a night stay and also have to pay to park at the hotel!!! ”

“There was no breakfast left after 730 8 o’clock. Fat was courteous and nice willing to help the rugs in the hallways were dirty. It’s like they walked around if they were they didn’t care about anything.”

“It was right off of I-40, clean, good breakfast, just want we needed. ”

“The rooms are sparsely equipped as far as furniture and relatively small. Hotel is new and in good shape. Staff nice”

“The pull out couch sheets were wet with what smelled like animal urine. We didn’t complain as this was the only room open for miles but we won’t be back. Cleaning staff should be checking the pull out couch every time they clean. ”
