“I didn't like the smell”

“I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.”

“Our stay here was very nice. Booked it for two nights, and had everything we needed. Got a bit hot even with the a/c unit, but everything else was good. Would stay here again!”

“Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.”

“We felt safe. But there is a lot of extra instructions that made the stay difficult. I was hung up on , upon arrival when I asked about email for entry to suburban loft property. I'm grateful and I wanted to be treated with more respect and kindness. I Love Boston!”

“The hotel was fine, well kept, very clean, super staff. Infortunately the location outside it and the roundabouts are really unsafe, peopled by not recommended persons not only in the night. The hotel is located on a very busy street, the traffic is always heavy both in the day and in the night. Very hard to sleep quietly. ”

“When I arrived the room was all messy and with trash. It smelled really bad and felt insecure as if someone could enter randomly to it. I entered the room and left straight away, didn’t even stay there.”

“Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

“High prices but great quality. Only note the "obligatory" deep-frozen A/C. When the US will wake up from this...?”

“Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive”

“Our 3 day stay was wonderful and the front desk was very helpful with determining how we would be traveling downtown! The city of Boston is very walkable and we were only 1.3 miles from Fenway. The area felt very safe for walking and our stay was fantastic!”

“La camera quadrupla era spaziosa, c’era anche un tavolino dove poter fare colazione grazie anche alla presenza di una macchinetta del caffè con tutto l’occorrente per poterla utilizzare. Unico neo bagno un po’ vecchiotto e non proprio pulitissimo! ”
