“Absolutely overpriced and ran down! Was overcharged on my cc for an “incidentals charge” and can’t reach the front desk at all, tried multiple times. The phone in the room did not work, very small rooms, horrible smells in the hallways. Would absolutely not refer anyone to this property!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere”

“Small hotel, and really convenient. don’t have deal with a lot people using the elevator and can walk to beach. Definitely be back on our next mini vacation.”

“The room had a certain smell of urine, I saw that one of the blankets on the bed was the one with a bad smell. One of the pillows was dirty and stained. The room maintained a lot of moisture on the floor and walls. The bathroom needed more cleaning. They never had clean towels to replace. The air conditioning needs maintenance. The front door was rusty.”

“Comfortable clean room, good breakfast except for the breakfast attendant who seemed to be having multiple bad days. Notwarm friendly”

“I did not like the big dog barking loudly in the hall early in the morning around 7 AM. Everything else was very clean, and the breakfast on Saturday morning was good. However, they only put together a grab-and-go option on Sunday morning since it was check-out day. The housekeepers were not friendly at all, but the front desk clerks, chefs, cooks, bartenders and guests were very friendly and nice. I will stay at this new hotel again and it's close to everything you really need.”

“Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Hotel was great and served its purpose. Only issue we had was no one coming by with fresh sheets and towels when the sign wasn’t on the door. Other than that, front desk staff was helpful and nice”

“Lo que pedi y page no lo recibí olía muy feo los elevadores no servían la habitación sentía sucia y vieja las puertas de entrada laterales no eran seguras cualquier persona podría entrar el estacionamiento pequeño y sucio el cuarto que page era con Balcón el cual no se pudo por que llevaba a mi mami ya grande y pretendían que ella subiera 4 pisos por que no funcionaban los elevadores lo cual por comentarios ya tenían días descompuestos y no avisaron el desayuno fatal no volvería”
