“The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. There are places to sit and read, also well-decorated and relaxing. That is the leitmotif of this place -- relax. Then, enjoy. The fireplace was perfect for the chill of March. “Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites”
