“Clean and in a beautiful location”

“The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues.”

“Booked thru Expedia at right under $200/2 nights. Check-in-went very smooth. The first room was dirty & this type of neglect is on purpose; to allow anyone but a cleaner to enter it, was offensive. There were spiders in the bathtub, questionable stains on pillow cases, walls, and curtains, dirt/dust gathered throughout. The beds were very much soiled, can’t remember if they had mattress covers. Very nice bedside lights, with addtl light for night reading (good idea), if you could muster the guts...

“The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

“Decent place”

“Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished.”

“Only complaint was the smoking in the casino”

“When traveling with a pretty, this is the place to go. Completely animal friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up with a full size refrigerator, two electric burners, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You’d need to purchase disposable silverware and service ware. It’d be wise to come with your own cook ware too. But otherwise, it’s all set up.”

“The staff was very nice & when I called 2 c if I could have 2 beds instead of 1 she was nice enough to change it. On the other hand the hot tub bubbles didn’t work when we turned the timer on. Then 1 of the staff members who had a key to pool pump room went & did something maybe reset a breaker bec when he came back out he said should go in a min & it started up. “Everything was great! Clean, well organized, very friendly staff! Lovely breakfast. Go visit Basil and Vine across the way. Terrific food and wine list and very gracious owner and wait staff!”

“The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the property was conveniently located. Lots of stuff to do in the area. One little thing was a bonus to me. The bathroom nightlight. It may be nothing to others but I've never seen this before and I found it useful!”
