“This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

“We noticed a smell in the bathroom, the rest of the place was great. I’m not sure why we had remove trash. That seems like a job for the housekeeper/cleaning person. Otherwise staff was great and over all your home was comfortable! We would absolutely stay again”

Our unit had everything you could need for cooking, which is quite necessary due to limited dining options in Princeville. The grounds of the property are stunning. Amazing pool & hot tub in natural setting, 6 BBQ grills that I could count. 10 min walk to what appears to be a private beach only for guests of HBR and Hotel 1. The condo is set at the...
