“Everything was ok including assistance on site. The rooms are rented without any cleaning service During the trip. You will have your room as a condomn with coffe tea towels etc that will not be replaced or furnished until the check out. Regardless this the place is fine. We left our room in advance due to the hurricane ”

“We spent a beautiful 10 days in Kauai and at this property. House was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous backyard area, well kept and very clean. Perfect distance to Makai golf course and north beaches. Laundry area in garage was super helpful in keeping the house cool in July. AC units worked great. We absolutely loved the outdoor areas and grill or cooked dinner almost every evening. Would definitely stay here again when back on the island. Thank you! ”

“We spent a month in this studio Condo in Princeville. We have stayed in Paniolo before but this time we were next to the golf course. We had everything we needed to make regular meals- we utilized the electric skillet and the hot plates the most.The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and kept very clean. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be close to a grocery store, shopping, restaurants and Hanalei. ”

“The host, Gigi, is a gem. She is very personable and communicative. The property is as described, yet a bit dated and a bit darker than the pictures portray. When in Hawaii you expect some bugs but we encountered quite a few more sugar ants than any of our 4 previous visits to Hawaii. The bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, thus the lower rating for cleanliness. We likely won't stay in Princeville again but I would not hesitate to rent another property from Gigi if the opportunity...

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin and had a great experience overall. We had a few minor issues during our stay, which we were willing to overlook because we enjoyed the property so much. I was expecting insects and other wildlife due to the tropical climate, however we had a little infestation of flies in the smaller bathroom each night to the point where the sink would be covered in them. We avoided using that bathroom, so it wasn't a deal breaker.Also, for having a max guest...
