“I rented two rooms for two nights One of them king and one of them two queens King: no hot water in the shower, sheets were clean and bed comfortable, smelled so bad of cleaner that made both people in the room sick. Staff very friendly. 2 queen- floors were sticky and dirty, shower hot, bed clean and comfortable, overall was not cleaned well, smelled of cleaner and incense was burned right before we arrived. While the price was good, we won’t be staying there again. ”

“Parking was easy sote secure staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked fine. Room was suppose to be non smoking was not. Towels stained, tubcracked. Bought my own bleach to clean it. Glad i did”

“The front desk staff was nice but the room was not clean. There were stains and burn holes on the sheets and hair throughout the bathroom.”

“As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional...

“This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek...

“The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.”
