“Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry.”

“We love this hotel and visit it as much as we can. When we go during the week we find it very quiet which is one the reasons we go. The room is always perfect and comfortable. The housekeepers will always accommodate you if you need something extra. We love the staff and since we go there so often they have become “friends”. It’s amazing that Abraham in the restaurant/bar always brings us our beverages from memory even after not seeing him for months. Then there is Hugo and Will that make eating...

“The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/”

“This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.”

“Those cinnamon rolls are a wonderful way to start the mornings of a weekend getaway! Beyond that, staff kept everything replenished even though there was a full house. The gentleman that checked us in was so welcoming and polite. I reported a water issue in our room to him late the first night and the maintenance staff handled it first thing in the morning. Wow. Housekeeping staff was also quick with delivering fresh towels upon request. The pool area was nice, the hot tub was...

“The hotel was great however Expedia misrepresented how far it was from downtown Chicago. It was an over an hour during rush hour and 40+ with less traffic. It was much further than advertised. ”
