“This hotel is well located and potentially has much to offer. Sadly it seems to have been allowed to run down over time. Some of the problematic things that I experienced/noticed during my stay are: 1) Only one of the two elevators was functional, and the one that was working displayed an expired safety certificate, 2) The breakfast was underwhelming. “When we walked into the hotel the lady at the desk looked at me then decided to answer the phone. Normally, you acknowledge your guest then answer the phone. After waiting for at least another 4 minutes the staff female that was sitting on the right by the window decided to come over. Without acknowledgment and after engaging the computer about 5 minutes she looked up then asked if I had reservations. There was never a hello or welcome. Poor customer service. Breakfast was okay.
