Guest house a Prudence

“Nice big room! Clean and comfortable. Place was charming.”

“Beautiful building, but some issues. Bathrooms are shared, not in the rooms. There are rooms with toilets, but most rooms do not have a toilet, and the showers are all in the hallway bathrooms. This is not clearly explained in the listing. Last month was my first and only stay so far. The door locks have number codes, but the locks are falling off the doors so it’s a problem getting it unlocked. I told them to fix those locks, because the screws were loose. The rooms are clean and beautiful....

“We enjoyed our stay here since we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The cottage was clean, but small as the photos show. Best for just 2 or 3 people. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown area and the mansions. The wi-fi wouldn't connect for us, but no other issues. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Inn. The Inn and our room were beautiful, clean and cozy. Liz was super friendly and helpful, and no details were missed. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, snacks, boardgames, and hot tea in the afternoon! Close walking distance to the wharf - but im assuming the Hilltop name was a nod to thier location - it's uphill from the Wharf! Would highly recommend!”

“Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.”
