“Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. ”

“Almost everything includes nuts on their menu. If your family member has tree nut allergies you wont be able to dine here. The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc. Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool...

“l'hotel si trova in un aerea commerciale, quindi ottima per fare degli acquisti. personale molto gentile e disponibile. colazione abbastanza ricca ma poco variabile in tredici giorni di permanenza non è cambiata per niente sempre uguale.Le camere sono carine, nella norma, ampie le vetrate per la luce ma tutte le finestre non sono apribili per il riciclo dell'aria. pulizia della camera scarsa, letti non rifatti, per il cambio delle lenzuola ci voleva sempre una richiesta da parte nostra....

“The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty.
