“Room quality, not happy about staff and how they inducted us. ”

“Our stay at Colonels Inn was thoroughly enjoyable. The location was excellent as it was near to the main market and botanical garden and just opposite a beautiful church. The amenities included a billiards table and a sumptuous breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The environment inside reminded one of the history of Ooty given the beautiful paintings. The only thing that could be improved was the variety of food, especially nonveg food. Eggs were available for breakfast but...

“Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice..”

Despite having booking confirmation after reaching the hotel at check in time 0200PM , we were told that there was a technical error due to which the rooms are not available and we were asked to check in at another club mahindra property"Derby green". On reaching Derby green, we were asked to pay for additional charges for child. But during booking on HOTELS.com the child was taken into account and charges paid for all three persons.
