“This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room. Broken floor ”

“This hotel was very convenient as I needed to stay the night in Mettupalaiyam after arriving by the toy train that early evening. It's a walkable 5-10 minute distance from the train station, with eat-in or take-out restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across the street. I would only recommend maybe requesting for an extra blanket (which may be at a cost), or bringing your own, as they only provided two flat sheets.
