“Staff friendly, area and parking difficult to access, rooms shabby but clean enough. 1 night was enough. Can’t recommend this hotel. For the $130000. Cop cash, no credit card, I didn’t think it was worth it.”

“While the staff were quite accommodating, the day time manager was quite rude. The room we had booked on the site wasn't available but she refused to even acknowledge that the room even existed. Since there was a festival on we had little choice but to accept another room at the higher price of the original booking.”

“The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there.
