“It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking ”

“Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

“The location is very good, and the room is a good size. The beds were a bit small for a taller person. One bedroom backed onto the hallway and had a window looking out to it, which meant that there was a lot of light in the bedroom at night. Most of the room was quite clean, but the shower was very mouldy.”

“Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...

“It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. ”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“The property etc was fine but had a really poor welcome. Unfortunately we were delayed and weren't aware we needed to contact the motel to advise. We received such a rude response from the manager that had we not already paid the bill would have turned around and left. It's completely unacceptable to be spoken to in that way for anyone let alone from a manager to a paying customer. Would not stay there again.”
